Nick Drozd has been licensed in North Carolina since 2014 and added his South Carolina license to serve the fast-growing Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and Indian Land markets. He co-founded Oasis Realty Group with Craig Pinchuk to build the kind of brokerage neither of them could find as agents elsewhere: one that limits client load, prioritizes preparation over volume, and treats every transaction like it matters.
His background spans the full spectrum of Charlotte real estate. He has helped first-time buyers navigate competitive multiple-offer situations in Concord and Harrisburg. He has assisted corporate relocations from New York, California, and Chicago with fully remote processes. He has worked with investors analyzing cap rates and cash flow across Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and York County SC. And he has represented sellers in pricing strategy, staging coordination, and negotiation from listing to close.
