In most cases, nothing out of your pocket. The seller typically pays the buyer's agent commission. For new construction, the builder pays. We'll always be transparent about costs upfront.
How long does it take to buy a home in Charlotte?
From first search to closing, most buyers are in their new home within 45-90 days. Cash buyers can close in as little as 14 days. New construction timelines range from 4-12 months depending on the stage.
Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking?
We recommend it but don't require it for an initial conversation. Getting pre-approved early tells you exactly what you can afford and makes your offers stronger in competitive situations.
Can you help me buy a home if I live out of state?
